If your speaker has a covered issue, you can file a warranty claim. Registration is not required to file a claim.

What you will need
- Serial number
- First name and last name
- Phone (optional)
- A description of the issue
- A photo or video of the issue
Proof of purchase
If your product is not registered, or was registered without an order number, we ask for the order number or invoice to verify your purchase.
After you submit, we review the claim. Covered claims are repaired or replaced with prepaid shipping. See Warranty overview for how outcomes work.
