What is covered
- Functional failures under normal use
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Internal electronic component failures
- Battery defects that cause abnormal capacity loss beyond normal aging
What is not covered
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect function
- Normal battery aging
- Accident, misuse, neglect, or drops
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Damage from non-approved chargers or cables
- Water or dust beyond the IP67 rating or outside the usage guidelines
- Altered or unreadable serial numbers
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
