- Window: you have 30 days from delivery to return. Returns are US only and for the original purchaser.
- Condition: return the item in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- Prepaid label: we provide a prepaid return label. Ship the item within 7 days of getting the label.
- Refund: returns in original condition get a full product refund.
- Restocking fee: a fee of up to $8.50 applies only if the return comes back with missing accessories, damaged packaging, or cosmetic wear.
- Defects or our error: if the item is defective or we made an error, all fees are waived and original shipping is refunded. Otherwise original shipping is not refundable.
