You can start a return in two ways.
- Log in at account.hummaudio.com and start the return yourself.
- Or contact us through the contact form and we will start it for you.
Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid label. Ship the item within 7 days of getting the label. Return it in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
